Scope and acceptance
This End User License Agreement describes the use of Storaide, a macOS workspace for preparing Apple App Store content. “We” refers to the Storaide developer, and “you” refers to the person or organization lawfully using the app.
Read these terms before installing or using Storaide. If you do not agree to the applicable terms, do not install or use it. A purchase, trial, or entitlement may also have terms presented by the authorized distribution channel.
For an app obtained through the App Store, Apple’s Standard EULA applies unless a valid custom EULA is provided for that distribution. The product-use provisions on this page apply only to the extent consistent with that channel’s effective terms and mandatory law.
License and restrictions
Subject to lawful acquisition and compliance with the applicable terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Storaide on supported Apple-branded Macs that you own or control. App Store usage rules, including eligible Family Sharing or volume purchases where applicable, determine the permitted account and device scope.
The app is licensed, not sold. You may not resell, rent, sublicense, redistribute an unauthorized copy, bypass access controls, or reverse engineer or modify the software, except where applicable law or a third-party component’s license expressly permits it. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.
Authorized and lawful use
Only connect accounts, apps, projects, and materials that you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and ensuring that your text, images, and other inputs can lawfully be used and sent to the services you select.
Do not use Storaide to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, access another person’s account without permission, interfere with services, or carry out unlawful or abusive activity. Comply with applicable laws and the rules of Apple and your other service providers.
AI services and generated content
AI features use the providers, endpoints, credentials, and models you configure. Text and image generation may use different services. Their availability, processing policies, usage limits, output rights, and fees are governed by their own terms. A Storaide entitlement does not by itself include third-party AI credits.
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, visually different from your source, or unsuitable for publication. Review translations, ASO suggestions, review notes, age-rating suggestions, generated images, and pricing rules before adopting them. You remain responsible for the content you choose to publish and any permissions it needs.
Canceling a local task does not guarantee that a provider has stopped processing it or will waive a charge. A failed connection or missing result does not prove the service performed no work. Check the existing task and the provider’s records before choosing to submit a new request.
Remote changes and pricing
App Store Connect features use your Apple permissions to read resources and submit supported changes. Check the target app, version, language, differences, conflicts, prices, and schedules before confirming a write. Available operations depend on Apple’s APIs, resource state, and your account permissions.
Reference exchange rates can change or be delayed. Pricing rules, currency calculations, and available Apple price points are aids for preparing a plan; they do not guarantee sales, revenue, or an economically optimal price. Review the rate date and final regional amounts yourself.
Network interruptions or changes made elsewhere can affect a remote operation. Verify the actual state in App Store Connect where needed. Storaide does not guarantee App Store approval or publication of an app.
Purchases and third-party fees
If a paid version, subscription, trial, or other entitlement is offered, its actual price, currency, taxes, feature scope, and term are those presented by the authorized channel when you obtain it. This page does not promise a particular plan, permanent access, free upgrade, or included AI usage.
For App Store purchases, Apple handles payment and the applicable subscription-management and refund processes. If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription, manage or cancel it in your Apple account under the terms shown at purchase; uninstalling Storaide does not cancel that subscription. Refunds follow the channel’s rules and any mandatory legal rights.
Third-party AI charges and other service fees are separate. Manage those accounts and any billing or refund requests directly with the relevant provider.
Software and content rights
Rights in Storaide’s software, branding, and interface remain with us or the relevant rights holders. This agreement grants use of the app and does not transfer ownership of its code or other protected materials.
You retain the rights you already have in your original content. We do not claim ownership of your projects merely because you use Storaide. Rights and permitted uses for AI-generated material also depend on the provider’s terms, input materials, and applicable law; do not assume every result is exclusive or cleared for commercial use.
Privacy, data, and support
The Data & privacy page explains local project storage, Keychain credentials, external requests, and support feedback. Review it before connecting a service or sending content. Keep independent copies of important work and protect access to your Mac, exported files, and credentials.
Use the support email for product questions and bug reports. Support and maintenance are provided within the scope separately stated or required by law; no particular response time, future feature, or ongoing compatibility with every third-party service is promised. Apple is not required to provide maintenance or support for Storaide.
Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Storaide is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with every system, model, or external service.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the app, including effects of third-party service changes, connectivity failures, or incorrect user configuration. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights or liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or gross negligence where protected by law.
Apple distribution terms
For App Store distribution, the software relationship is between you and the app provider; Apple is not the provider of Storaide. Product, legal-compliance, consumer, and intellectual-property claims concerning Storaide are our responsibility as required by the applicable terms and law.
If an App Store copy fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and seek a refund of its purchase price under Apple’s process and applicable law. To the extent allowed by law, other warranty obligations and related claims concerning Storaide remain with the app provider.
Where applicable, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries with the right to enforce the EULA. You must meet applicable export and sanctions requirements, including restrictions on embargoed countries and prohibited parties, and comply with the Apple Media Services usage rules.
Changes, termination, and disputes
You may stop using Storaide at any time. If you breach the applicable terms, your license may be suspended or terminated as permitted by law. Ending the license does not by itself delete your local files, cancel a third-party subscription, or reverse an external operation.
These terms may be updated for product, platform, or legal changes. The revision date will appear on this page. Material changes will be communicated, and consent obtained where required; posting a new version does not remove rights you already hold under mandatory law.
Contact support first if you have a question or dispute. Applicable law and any legally competent authority determine the rights and procedures that apply, including mandatory protections in your place of residence. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
